THE DREAM COMMISSION  (Pty) Ltd TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • EARTHBOX tickets are only valid if purchased via Webtickets. EARTHBOX tickets bought via any other websites (other than Webtickets) are not valid.
  • EARTHBOX tickets are only valid for the specific shuttle departure timeslot booked
  • Online tickets can be purchased and printed from any computer, or shown on-screen on a mobile device.
  • ​Rescheduling of booked timeslots must take place 48hrs before booked timeslot.
  • No cash refunds are given on online tickets. Refunds are processed via the credit card that was used in the original transaction. Contact Webtickets for further assistance with refunds.
  • Refunds take up to 7 to 10 working days (depending on the bank) to be processed.
  • Please email refunds@webtickets.co.za for refunds on EARTHBOX tickets paid for at Pick ’n Pay.
  • Please note that THE DREAM COMMISSION (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to increase ticket prices and change operating times without prior notice.

Considering that this website is about the protection of personal information, how it processes personal information is very relevant and important.

Our privacy policy is simple because we don’t really process your personal information.

Our website uses analytics or analysis tools for statistical analysis of user behaviour. Your IP address will be anonymized immediately during this process so that you are not identifiable to us as a user. We use this de-identified data to:

Cause/s arising include but are not limited through the use of EARTHBOX amenities such as trailer(s), tractors, buildings, equipment, pathways, viewing areas, installations, ablutions and shops.
