Conscious Connected Breathwork

We are nature. We are earth. Breath is our life-force. Lying on ground that is 500 million years old. Breathe in to reconnect to the sacred space, inside Earth and You.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a safe, powerful method to fill the body with oxygen and energy. It helps recharge our often depleted systems, enhancing our ability to heal. Curated music guides the breath and psyche as this practice enables us to access our inner resources, creativity, and to live joyfully and abundantly.

Through Breathwork, we can improve mental health, emotional clarity, and cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves.

*Preparation: No food or caffeine for 2 hours before session

*Bring: Yoga mat, sleeping bag or warm blankets, pillow and extra socks. (body temperatures often drop during session)
