Vusi Ndlovu, Africa and Middle East San Pellegrino Best Young Chef award recipient, African Culinary Library co-founder and recent winner of LUXE Awards Pop Up of the year 2023 for EDGE x MOUNT NELSON. Chef Vusi is set to create a uniquely African culinary experience combining his love for elevating humble underutilised ingredients using progressive techniques and recipes passed down over generations across the continent.

EARTHBOX is a space in which to be physically and intentionally present. In collaboration with Life Retreat Studio at Lourensford, EARTHBOX Body & Mind offers a daily opportunity to ground and connect through Nia, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Gentle yoga and Pilates.
